đŗ Subscriptions & Billing
How do I unsubscribe or cancel my subscription? iOS & Android
Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so you can cancel it anytime in your store settings. In the app, Profile > Manage subscription takes you there.
On iPhone (App Store):- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Orbora.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Orbora.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
â ī¸ Important: Uninstalling the app or deleting your Orbora account does not cancel the subscription. After you cancel, it stays active until the end of the current billing period, and every credit already in your balance stays yours.
Is there a free way to try Orbora? Pricing
Yes. There is no trial to remember to cancel, because a lot of Orbora is simply free:
- The Wellness Journey: guided meditation, wisdom and ASMR paths, free to listen.
- Listening to your own sessions, as often as you like.
- One free credit when you create an account and confirm your email, enough for a first 30-second session.
Credits are only needed to create new personalized sessions.
What is RevenueCat? Security
RevenueCat is our in-app purchase partner, used by thousands of apps. It checks your purchases with the App Store and Google Play, keeps your subscription status in sync, and holds your credit balance.
đ No card details: RevenueCat never receives or stores your card or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
How do I restore my purchases? Restoration
If you reinstalled Orbora or moved to a new phone:
- Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
- Open Orbora and sign in to your Orbora account.
- Go to Profile > Restore purchases.
Your subscription and credit balance are also tied to your Orbora account, so signing in with the same account usually brings them back on its own.
How do I request a refund? Refund Policy
All payments go through Apple or Google, and refunds are decided by them under their own policies.
App Store (iPhone):- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose Request a refund, select Orbora and submit.
- Open Google Play order history.
- Find Orbora and tap Request a refund.
âšī¸ If a purchase is refunded, the credits it gave are removed from your balance (only those you have not used yet).
What happens if my payment method fails? Billing
If a renewal fails, Apple and Google give you a short grace period to update your payment details in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
If it is not resolved, the subscription ends and no new monthly credits are added. Credits already in your balance, and your sessions, are kept.
Can I use my subscription on both iPhone and Android? Cross-Platform
Yes. Your subscription, credits and sessions belong to your Orbora account. Sign in with the same account on both phones and everything follows you.
To change or cancel the subscription, use the store where you bought it (App Store or Google Play).
đĒ Talks & Credits
How do credits work? Credits
Credits are only used to create a new personalized session. Listening never uses credits.
- 1 credit = 30 seconds of audio created. A 5-minute session uses 10 credits.
- The cost is always shown before you confirm.
- If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
What is the difference between Orbora Pro and credit packs? Usage
- Orbora Pro: a monthly subscription that adds 100 credits every month.
- Credit packs: one-time purchases of 20, 60 or 120 credits, for whenever you need more.
Credits from both work exactly the same way.
⨠Credits add up: unused credits are never lost at the end of the month. They stay in your balance.
Do credits expire? Credits
No. Credits from your subscription and from packs never expire, and they stay in your balance even if you cancel Pro.
They are only lost if you delete your account.
Is there a limit on how much I can create? Fair use
To protect everyone against bugs and abuse, one account can use up to 500 credits a week on new sessions, about four hours of audio. It resets every Monday (UTC).
Real use stays far below it. If you reach it, the app tells you when it resets.
What is the Wellness Journey? Guided paths
Three guided paths, Meditation, Wisdom and ASMR, of ten sessions each. Take them in order: finishing a step unlocks the next.
- Free to listen, no credits needed.
- Each step downloads ahead, ready to play offline.
- Your progress follows your account to any device.
đ Reward: finish a whole path and collect credits, once per path. It needs an account with a confirmed email.
Why didn't the next step unlock? Guided paths
A step counts as finished when you have really listened to most of it (at least 80%). Skipping to the end does not count, so the next step stays locked.
Play the session through, and the next one unlocks as soon as it ends.
Can I recover a deleted session? Data Policy
No. When you delete a session, or your whole account, it is removed from the app right away and cannot be restored by you or by us.
As explained in our privacy policy, leftover copies in backups are erased within 7 days.
Can I get my sessions on another phone? Device Sync
Yes. Your sessions, credits and Wellness Journey progress are linked to your Orbora account, not to your phone.
- Install Orbora on the new phone.
- Sign in with the same method you used before (Apple, Google or email).
- Everything comes back on its own.
đ¤ Account & Data
What is the difference between deleting the app and deleting my account? Account
Removes Orbora and its downloads from your phone. Your account and sessions stay safe for when you reinstall.
Deleting your account- Open Orbora.
- Go to Profile > Manage Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, your sessions and your credits.
â ī¸ Cancel your subscription first: deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Are my sessions private? Privacy
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Each account can only access its own sessions.
- We never sell your data, show ads or track you across apps.
- Nobody on our team listens to your sessions.
Read the full Privacy Policy.
Can I change my account email? Account
Not yet: your sessions and credits are linked to the account you signed up with. If you have lost access to your email, write to contact@criaphore.com.
đ ī¸ Support & Tech
How do I contact support? Contact
Write to us anytime at contact@criaphore.com. To help us answer quickly, please include:
- the email of your Orbora account,
- your phone model and iOS or Android version,
- a short description or a screenshot of the issue,
- for billing questions, your Apple or Google order number.
Can I listen offline? Connectivity
- Creating a session needs an internet connection: it is written and voiced on our servers in a minute or two.
- Listening works offline for any session you have downloaded.
- Wellness Journey steps download ahead as soon as they unlock.
My session failed or I left the app while it was being created. What now? Troubleshooting
Creating a session takes about a minute or two, and it keeps going on our servers even if you leave the app.
- Reopen the app: a finished session appears in Journeys > Personal Journey.
- If it shows as failed or interrupted, tap Retry. A retry is never charged twice: if the session was already made, you simply get it.
- If creation really fails, its credits are returned automatically.
